We offer two membership options:
Standard Adult Plan ($44/month or $528/year):
- Two comprehensive cleanings per year (every 6 months)
- Oral cancer screening with each cleaning
- One to two comprehensive exams per year
- X-rays were determined to be necessary
- One emergency exam with X-ray per year
- Up to a 10% discount on any additional needed treatment
Perio Maintenance Plan ($64/month or $768/year):
- Two periodontal maintenance cleanings per year
- Oral cancer screening with each cleaning
- One to two comprehensive exams per year
- X-rays were determined to be necessary
- One emergency exam with X-ray per year
- Up to a 10% discount on any additional needed treatment
